Progressive Automated Distributing (PAD), a proud Partner of The Digital Delivery
Group, is committed to being the leading source for sales and education of digital
systems and convergence products.
R & D Distributing (R&D) fulfills "just in time" supply of
Mobile Product lines which offers high value, high profit mixes.

As we make sales presentations to our current distribution as well as new
retailers or custom integrators, our emphasis is always on how we can increase
their business and profitability by utilizing our reports and experience with
each account to re-enforce the quality and profitability story.
Marketing and Philosophy
We are more of a catalyst than a creator…a market generator…not a responder.
We maintain constant contact with retailers, custom installers, and
distributors; our sensitivity to market changes is a valuable asset to the
principals we serve. We are intimately familiar and proficient with the
territory we cover.
Market Analysis
For those cities with a population over 10,000 we will be procuring direct dealers
and for those cities with less population, we will solicit via a selective two-step
distribution within the Marketing philosophy of our Manufacturer. Progressive Sales &
Marketing is responsible with providing manufactures with a sales plan including new
accounts in each geographical area throughout our markets. It has been proven that the
easiest responsibility of the sales representative is to place quality product in the
retail sales area. Our challenge arises in moving the product through the sales chain
to the end user and receiving a reorder. This challenge is overcome by providing extensive
sales training accompanied by a consistent advertising program and, occasionally, an in
store sales incentive program; if applicable.

By providing an ongoing and comprehensive training curriculum for our sales
people and the markets we serve, we are able to make our buyers aware of the
enormous sales potential that is available in each given market.
Meet Team Progressive
DAVID RUSSELL....….PRESIDENT
Mr. Russell has over 15 years of experience in the Industry. David started as a
regional sales manager with Creative Sales & Marketing in St. Louis Missouri and was
responsible for the sales and management of over 11 consumer electronic companies such
as Mitsubishi, Eclipse, Recoton, NHT, Eclipse and Rockford Fosgate. Graduated with Bachelors
Degree in Business from Western Michigan University, Mr. Russell has been working in the
Michigan Market for over 13 years now and has been awarded Rep of the Year from Monster
Cable, Rockford Fosgate, Eclipse by Fujitsu Ten, Directed Electronics, Harman, Audio Control,
and MB Quart.
JASON DUBIE…………VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Dubie has over 14 years of experience in the industry. He has multiple years experience in
installation, retail sales, as well as a Manufactures Representative. While managing the largest
volume store of one of the largest 12volt retailers in Michigan, he worked to receive a Marketing
Management Degree from Mott Community College. Other industry accomplishments are being awarded
Rep of the year from Phoenix Gold, Audio Control, Rockford Fosgate, Eclipse, and receiving MECP
Master Certification.
SAMI AL-SAADI………HOME ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, PAD PRINCIPAL
Mr. Al-Saadi has over 20 years in the industry and spent his last 8 years working with Classic
Stereo and Video a multi winner of Home Audio Retailer of Year Award before joining Progressive.
Sami has held such responsibilities as 12-volt manager and Home Audio/ CI Specialist while at
Classic Stereo. Responsibilities will include maintaining current dealer base, signing on new
accounts and conducting home audio trainings.
JAMES TINGLEY……...OUTSIDE ACCOUNT SPECIALIST / PROGRESSIVE SOUTH
Mr. Tingley has over 12 years in the industry and spent his last 6 years working with
Pioneer Electronics as a National Sales Manager. He brings a passion for the industry and a
wealth of knowledge of the Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
Markets. His retail and factory experience allows him to understand all facets of the business.
Mr. Tingley has won multiple awards and certifications within the industry.
KEVIN ZOELLER……...INSIDE SALES / PROGRESSIVE SOUTH
Kevin has over 15 years in the industry. He started installing car audio, before moving into
sales. He has spent a number of years in retail including 8 years working with Classic Stereo
and Video, where he also held the position of Car Audio Manager. Kevin also worked as a rep for
5 years covering the state of Michigan. Now Kevin will handle inside home and car support for
Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania.
MIKE POULSON…….MOBILE DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Mr. Poulson has Ten years as an infield sales rep and customer service experience in a variety of
channels, including distribution and mass market retailers. Responsibilities include but are not
limited to Customer Service, Shipping and Receiving, Distribution Assistant manager.
BRIAN SCOTT…….....HOME DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Mr. Scott has over 10 years of experience in the field of consumer electronics. He has extensive
experience with home theater, multi-room audio distribution, home automation, lighting design, custom
remote controls and project management. He is responsible for home audio/video sales for PAD as well
as support for all Progressive Sales supported lines.
PETER VACKETTA....MOBILE DISTRIBUTION SALES
Mr. Vacketta joins us after receiving his Bachelors Degree from Grand Valley State University. He has
extensive experience in inventory management, mobile distribution, and sales support. He is responsible
for mobile audio sales for R&D Distributing as well as support for all Progressive Sales supported lines.
MICHELLE SADLER..INSIDE SALES AND ACCOUNTING SUPPORT
Mrs. Sadler holds CPA Certification and brings vast computer and accounting skills to the Progressive
Sales and Marketing team. Michelle's responsibilities include inside support for all outside sales reps,
POS system support, and improving efficiencies.
JIM BALINA……...INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Mr. Balina has over 25 years of mobile audio experience in both sales and installation. He has 11 years
of experience training car audio electronic products and installation. He is responsible for the day to
day operations of managing our Metro Detroit facility. He is also available for car audio installation
training classes.
KRISTIE DUBIE…………ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE FOR PAD
Mrs. Dubie has worked in office management for over12 years. He organizational experience has transferred
seamlessly over to being a key member of PAD. Kristie's responsibilities include accounts payable, receivable,
new account set up, collections, and account maintenance.
DENISE RUSSELL……….OFFICE MANAGER
Mrs. Russell has a Bachelor degree in science from Western Michigan University. Past positions held by
Mrs. Russell include retail sales management and a senior outside position in wireless electronics. Denise
has several years experience working with major Online, Catalog, and Mass Market retailers and has been
awarded several outstanding regional sales awards.
